To state that this is solely a tattoo experience would be to stretch the truth a bit, i hope to discuss more mods, but i will hopefully be limiting myself to that of the Tattoo category. i plan on getting mods other than tatts, like nail thickening, maybe some scarification, or some serious mods, like (if it becomes available) genetic engineering (*Blisses to the thought of a no limit artistic medium*). but i digres, i shall limit myself to a strictly tattoo experience, but i will also delve into plans on other mods, since i can not portray myself with _just_ tattoos, i would need other words...

For the longest time, I have been unsatisfied with how I looked. Wether it stems from some sort of dysphoria, or just the irritation of a blank canvas with which to produuce art, I have been seeking to Modify my body through natural methods. The more specific mods that i have, and actually enjoy, are my Tattoos.
My first Tatt is what I shall Regale you with, the story, and the agonizing experience of designing the Tribal Dragon that now adornes my left deltoid. the process of coming up with the design took more than a year, of inspiration, design, and refinings the original, to the more subtle adjustments of the ridges and hornes. This was the most painful time because I knew that I should be one hundred percent satisfied with it, for it would decorate me for the rest of this terrestrial life of mine.
The appointment with the artist was an interesting thing for me, I wandered into studio after studio, looking for a good deal and quality, and clenliness (I am one of those paranoid types about the dangers, but I knew that I had to get worked on) so I checked out all the studios, all the various artist's works, and finally landed on Addictive Tattoos, in my hometown.
It really wasn't much after that, I went in, scheduled an appointment to get it done, and when my time came, I went there, sat in the chair, and thirty minutes later I was sporting the dragon that had been a product of a years wirth of intensive thought and dilligence.
To say that i enjoyed the proceedure would be an understatement, it didn't hurt at all, and i really enjoyed watching my flesh turn into a masterpeice of ink and skintone (i chose to get a monochromatic black pattern, cheap, and also it was all that i chose to get done!!) The needles didn't cause pain, except when it was pressed down rather firmly, then i really felt the needles impaling my skin and embedding that ink under the surface.
I truly enjoy the tatt and on occaision i catch myself admiring it and rubbing it, still sometimes surprised that it is there, it feels like a dream sometimes. I plan to get more (in the same flavour of the first, the whole Tribal style, Monochromatic, with maybe some different coloured highlights with the possability of scarification to accentuate) and also I am seeking to undergo a more serious mod on my body, more precisely, Nail mods (non surgical), and one more addition, I am also thinking of maybe some more extreme mods, like horn implants, or (if possible sometime) modifying my body through genetics (hoping it is possible in my lifetime) to gain retractable catlike claws, but that is a future story.
Hopefully i shall keep anyone whom is interested up on the details of the mods that i go through, but eventually i hope to look like a Feline type of creature. This may sound a bit odd, but i am fascinated by the feline form, how lithe it is, how graceful they move, and the fact that they (big cats) are the largest sole carnivores on the planet that live on land (if i am wrong then i apologize).
Now i know that you may be thinking that this is kinda off topic, but as an artist, i feel that to tell you of all the experiences that i hope to undergo, then maybe you will get a feel for the finished product that i hopefully will become... i have always been fascinated with the feline form, and some have said that i am very catlike on occaison, so if i could start to look like a catlike creature, (complete with a fur coat would be awesome, and cat claws, and tail should the medical profession become that advanced...) then i would be satisfied...
To become a living sculptire, heaven. and if i could actualise my dream of becoming a big cat, then i would have lived a satisfying life.
