First off let me say I have been into tattoos and piercings since I could remember. I got my first tattoo when I was a senior in high school, and my first piercing when I was 20. Since then I have loved the tattoo/piercing scene.

It was December 2005 and I heard an ad on the radio that a local tattoo shop was running a Christmas Special. Tattoos were 25% off and any piercing was $25.00 and the special was over December 31st. I had always wanted to get a piercing somewhere on my "manhood" just didn't know where. So I read some experiences on here and decided to go and get a frenum done.

I showed up at the shop and waited to speak to one of the piercers about getting a frenum done. While waiting in the lobby I talked to some people in the lobby and had heard that a P.A. was the way to go. This dude in the lobby told me he had several different piercings down low and the P.A. was his favorite. The owner of the shop was one of the piercers there and he was the one to talk to me. I told him what I wanted to get done and he asked why not a P.A.. I told him I didn't really want to mess with my "manhood" that much. What he then said changed my mind......" Our special says $25 for any piercing, but if you get a P.A., you will pay $10. Only thing is you got to let my apprentice do it under my care. When he said "her" name, it was like hearing angels sing, a woman doing it seemed better than having another dude handle my "manhood"

Next thing you know, I am in the back sitting on their table waiting for the piercers to glove up and get everything ready. I asked the question how big can I go with the jewelry and the owner said " I have to see what you brought with you." So I ask if I needed more money and he said no. "I have to see what you brought with you" as he pointed to my crotch. Oh, so I pulled out my "manhood" and was told I could get a 10 gauge P.A.. So I lay down and prepare myself for the deed. Man what a rush!

They tell me about the receiving tube and how the rest of the procedure was going to go and I was ready. The receiving tube was the worst part of the piercing and I loved it. After the receiving tube was in deep enough they asked me if I was o.k.. I told them yeah I was cool and they asked if I could feel anything cause I didn't even flentch. Of course I could feel it but I have a high tolerance for pain. Next was the needle, they pierced from the bottom of my head into the receiving tube and I was surprised on how hard she had to push to get the needle thru. Finally the tube was rolled out and the needle was in its place. Next came the 10g captive bead, which was painless when the needle was rolled out and the jewelry was rolled in right after it. Presto!!!! I was done.

I stood up and admired my new jewelry in the full length mirror for about 2 minutes. NICE!!!!! I was glad to have had it done! The next thing you know the owner had brought me a hat, coozee, frisbee, and some stickers with the shop logo on them. I asked how much was all of this and he said it was free! "You took that better than anybody else that has been in this shop and you can have all of this." "Way to go!"

I was told about the aftercare and what to do and not to do as I paid for the piercing and some soap to clean the area with. $14.00 dollars total $10.00 for the piercing and $4.00 for the soap! HELL YEAH!!!!!!!!!! I was glad I listened to the guy in the lobby about getting a P.A. instead of a frenum! Now in the morning when I wake up with a morning wood I still wake up my wife just to admire the new jewelry. I worked my way from a 10g to currently a 2g curved barbell. I LOVE IT! Sex is better for both of us, it is a different feeling and I wish I would have done it sooner. If you are thinking about it, think no more, GET IT DONE ALREADY!!!!!!!

Since then I have wanted to get more done! The comfort zone at the shop I went to was great. In my own experience if you feel comfortable with the shop and the piercers there, then you need not look at any other shop to do future work. I still stop in and shop for new jewelry and shot the shit with the people at the shop. As far as I am concerned, In The Skin has all my future business!!!!!!!
