Ok let me begin by saying, I've always wanted a PA ever since I first had the experience of seeing one, The look of that shiny ring peeking itself out of the eye of a dick is like a hint of the hidden pleasures its going to give! I'm a tad nervous about needles from previous doctors visits, so I had put the idea out of my head for a long time.

So I finally got the courage to make an appointment with the Piercing Shop in the city 1 week in advance so I could arrange a mate to drive me home, not knowing how I would be afterwards.
A Friend advised me that a cream called Emla cream was a great product for numbing any area prior to surgery, and another ointment called Xylocaine cream 5% was great for numbing the urethra. (God bless chemists!).
Half the international dept later, I had all the creams necessary, and was ready for the big day.
On arrival at the Piercing Shop, the friendly girls behind the counter greeted me and gave me the appropriate paperwork to fill out, and did their best at making me feel comfortable and at ease, then told me Lynette would see me shortly, by this time I was getting nervous as hell, but determined to go through with it.
Another young lady took me into the room, she showed me the sterile strips on the equipment, and proceeded to explain how they would change colour when finished being autoclaved, then she gave me a 5 minute face massage to calm me down, then told me to put on a surgical gown, and said Lynette would be with me shortly! In my nervous state, I put the gown on back to front, the young lady came back into the room afterwards and pointed out that is was on backwards and joked about how modesty was fine, but we really do need access to your genitals if your going to have a prince Albert!
Lynette came in, introduced herself, and explained how the procedure would take place.
I asked to be reclined into a can not see anything position, and told her, just let me know when its all done, I don't want to watch or see any needles or id be passing out on her. (Yeah ok, I'm a woos!)
I felt her handle my penis ever so gently and insert something into the urethra; can you feel this she asked? Umm yeah I said but its fine, how about this? Can you feel this? Yes I said, a bit of pressure but that's cool, how about this then? Can you feel that? Yeah I said but that's fine too! Good she said, your all done! Take a look!
What??? I said! That's it??? Yes Hun she replied all finished! And I'm proud of you! You didn't bleed a bit!
I told her: you mean I put myself through 1 week of mental torture for that? She congratulated me of being the owner of a nice new PA, and said I could leave whenever I felt ready too. I sat there for a few mins idly chatting to her about my previous piecing experiences then left.
I was amazed, maybe it was the creams or maybe it was the professionalism of the piercer, or a combination of both, but honestly guys, I recon having my ear pierced was far worse than my penis!
I did my own nipple with an ear piercing gun 8 yrs ago, and let me tell you, if you want a lesson in agony, then that's a sure way of getting one, two weeks of pure hell in the pain factor, followed by another 12 weeks of infection and misery. It settled down after that, but is slightly crooked, so moral of that story is get your piercing done professionally!
My advice: even if you're afraid of pain like me, go for it; get it done, its not that big a deal.
Ok pissing on the first day isn't fun, kind of like pissing broken glass, but nothing too bad, 2nd day was better, still sore but quite tolerable, day 3 and still a bit of discomfort, but nothing like I expected. I've been drinking 2 litres of water a day to help flush the piercing, it helps a lot, and has the added health bonus of cutting down on my coffee intake and it also makes pissing no problems at all, day 4 and I'm back to pissing normal. The only issue I'm having now is you have to be careful sitting down, sometimes the ring twists sharply and pinches, but I think that's because of its small 2ml thickness, once its all healed ill go up to a 2.5 or 3 ml ring witch should make for better comfort.
Now I'm just waiting the recommended time to pass before playing with my new toy, and making sure I keep it clean in the meantime, it is already very stimulating just walking around, and puts a smile on my face knowing I'm getting fun while out and about while all those around me are unaware why I'm so happy! So guys if you're considering getting a PA, don't delay, it's worth it!
