It was nearing the end of the summer before I was leaving for my first year of college. I am 18 and addicted to piercings. I have an industrial, my tragus on my left ear, several cartlidge piercings in my right ear, and my lobes stretched to 1/2". I also have my nipples, tongue, and eyebrow pierced. It was getting to the days that seemed to drag on with little to do but be bored. I decided to take matters into my own hands so to speak, in efforts of at least temporarily ending my boredom.

After looking through all of the ear piercings and misc. facial piercings, i thought that i wanted something a little more... daring.
I finally brought myself to open the male genital piercing section of BME, and I instantly knew what i wanted to do that summer day, my Prince Albert. I spent the next couple of hours reading experiences and looking at pictures, and trying to figure out exactly how I was going to go about doing it! I didn't want to whip out my dick in front of a huge tattoo guy with a beard named Sissy and tell him to pierce it, so i realized i had to do it myself...
Later that day, i left to my friends house like a man on a mission. All I took with me was a needle. No, the needle was not auto-claved and clean, bt rather the biggest sewing needle I could find in my mother's sewing kit. When i got to my friends, I let the several people that were there in on my plan, which they thought was nuts. I would have done it at home, but I did want there to be any chance that my parents walk in on me with a needle half way through my penis!
When i finally told myself that i WOULD be piercing my PA that day, i needed to find some items... I got a glass full of really cold ice water because i didn't want to feel anything. I also had to find something that I could use as a recieving tube for the needle, so I didn't put more holes in my penis than i wanted. I found a pen and ripped it apart and used a section of the inside that has the pen ink in it as the recieving tube.
Well the only thing left now was the icing and the piercing. I decided not to risk any unneeded pain on myself, so I stuck my penis in the ice cup for about 25 minutes, and boy was it cold! It was the moment of truce! I went into the bathroom with the needle and closed the door. My hands were shaking so bad that i could not hold them still enough for the procedure. I took two deep breathes, lined up the needle and the recieving tube perfectly... squinted my eyes prepared for the worst... and pushed!
The was a slight burning sensation, but that was it. The ice must have dulled most of the pain! Okay the needle is in now, I am almost the whole way done! All i needed now was jewelery for my beautiful new toy and that would be it... JEWELERY! I had forgotten to buy a ring!!! SHIT!
I put a cork on both ends of the needle, so there wasnt unwanted poking, and left to tell my friends of my predicament. After they were done histarically laughing at me, 4 of us, with me driving, piled into my car and drove to the mall.
When i got to the mall there was still no pain, only a throbbing. We made it to my local Hot Topic, where I told a sales clerk what was going on... She was aghast, but realized that I wasn't kidding, and helped me pick out jewelery for it. I ended up getting a 16g 3/4" CBR, and was on my way.
After the drive back I headed back to the bathroom to finish what i had started. I began to push the needle the rest of the way through, following it with the CBR. This portion hurt considerably, because I hadn't thought of icing it again... I was too close to stop, so i continued to push. The ring wasnt going in and right when i started to get worried, it popped, and the ring went the whole way in and the needle came out! BLOOD BLOOD BLOOD... I was in a state of shock because I was bleeding really badly from my penis! The thought that I hit a vein kept running through my head as I was going to bleed to death through my penis... after 5 minutes of ice and 2 whole towels of blood, it stopped. I put the ball on the CBR, cleaned it up, and admired my work. I LOVED IT. I cant wait to play with my new toy with my girlfriend... after proper healing that is.
I dont suggest that anyone do this by themselves. I got away lucky not really harming myself. I am sitting in my dorm the last day of my first semester at college, and i still love my piercing. My girlfriend does too... This is my first experience, but expect to hear more because i plan to be writing more and submitting some pictures on some new "things" i am planning in the near future!
