Lets mix things up and start at the end by saying I love my newest hole! Its healing nicely and i am functioning at 210%. having said that, Thankyou to BME for providing me with all the info i needed to know what it was going to be like before i set foot in the studio and how to take care of things as they healed. I have been a fan for years and promise to remain loyal!!

Studio Metamorphosis Location Indianapolis, IN I have been really interested in piercing since my freshman/sophomore year in highschool (years ago now), but didnt get my first hole, my tongue, until i went to colege at Indiana University. Then I got my labret, then my ears. I then went back to my tongue and started stretching it (from 12 to 10, then 8 and 6) and then my ears too (10 to 6 to 2 to 00). I ended up with: 6g tongue (now taken out, but soon to be pierced again), labret, and 00g ears with glass plugs that i LOVE! With all of that under my belt i was used to the nervousness of the day before and that green behind the gills feeling you get as you go into the shop, but this time was different. I was nervous until i got there, but as i walked in i felt totally calm. I checked in, let them know who i was and why i was there. i looked at the display case for a minute before they got back with the forms i needed to fill out. I filled out their lil realese form they copied my ID and we discussed jewelery. i showed the piercer the 12g ring i got from a friend for the piercing, but he said 12 is the smallest they like to do. He offered a 10, but if i was buying a new ring i was going to go BIG...how about an 8 i reply as i looked with the evil grin to my friend that came along for the ride. He agrees and me and the piercer head to the back. he procedes to lay all the tools and supplies we will be needing out on the table. We chat while he gets ready (and i keep telling myself i am not NUTz for doing this). I try to show that i am not just a dumb kid off the street and i know what is up so i tell him i have been reading BME for years now and thati know whats going to happen, but he goes thru the whole procedure still...
Having picked and 8g he tells me we are going to pierce with a 10g needle and taper it out to an 8 and put in the 8 gauge captive bead jewelery. I am thinking an extra step, GREAT! he tells me i only need to do one more thing before we start...DROP EM! I lay back and drop my pants to my knees and pull my cock out of my boxers. He cleans out my urethra with a q-tip with a numbing disinfectant and i try to continue relaxing and breathing. Being chilly in the room and me being pretty nervous my teeth are chattering like its 10 below O, but i try to relax more and breath thru it. After a couple of second the recieveing tube is in and only slightly uncomfortable, didnt hurt, just never had a steel rod in my pee hole before! after thats in he asks if i am ready and starts the take a deep breath, hold & release countdown. on 3 the needle is in and think OH MY GOD!!! What have i done, but its too late now. he asks if i am ready for the taper. i wait a sec and tell him to procede. we go thru the same motins as with the needle, but this time the pain, if thats what you call it, was much more intense! i had to take a few seconds longer than with the needle, but i recover quickly. The 8g captive bead is next and that is the quickest most painless part i must say. at no point did i feel light headed or dizzy at all. i lay there for a sec and ask if we are done. i sit up and take a look. there is very little blood and i am totally stoked about getting this thing healed! he goes over aftercare procedure and try to pay close attention, but my mind is racing. That evening i had a small bloody spot on my boxers, and the same thing hapened the next morning, but i had lined my boxers with toilet paper to catch the blood. it bled much less the next day, but was more painful. at barely a week old it looks great, feels better...
