Well, I finally did it. A year and a half after getting my left nipple pierced, and 6 mos. after having my scrotum pierced, I made the decision to get my PA. I knew I wanted to do it, and finally the time was right. Just one day after a major change in life regarding career, and this was going to be my way to mark the occasion. I have had to deal with a much less than supportive partner, but it was so important to me that i decided to go ahead and get pierced. I honestly can say I have not regretted the decision at all. The guys at the studio had been helpful beyond anything I could imagine in answering my questions....I'm sure at times they would say, "Oh, no, here he comes again with more stupid-ass questions", but this was a major deal to me. We're talking very conservative, straight-laced background. But the guys were always open with disussing all aspects of the piercing with me, never being put off by my questions. Through all of this, we built a real friendship and I gained a lot of respect for the guy who was going to do it for me, even though he's only half as old as I am. I called him on a Saturday night, around 8pm, and told him I was coming in to have it done. When i got there, there were a couple of other people in the studio, but it was pretty close to closing time, and I was the last one in for the night....just the way I wanted it. We put on a Deep Forest CD, he had some incense going, making for a very relaxing atmosphere. As I said earlier, we'd become good friends over the previous few months, so i was completely relaxed, definitely ready to get my penis pierced. He put lavender oil on my forehead....it's a soothing herb, calming and relaxing. I laid back on the table while he got everything out and got ready to do the piercing. He got the marking pen out, we agreed on the placement, and I laid back down, feeling a tremendous amount of anticipation at this point. More preparations, swabbing the area with whatever it is they use to sterilize and clean. I had to apologize for getting somewhat aroused, but he took it all in stride. It may sound corny saying this, but it's so cool to have a real friend do this piercing for you..I mean, one of the most important things I've ever done. I think it made it a much more meaningful experience that it would have been with just a total stranger doing it. He kept me informed about everything he was doing, inserting the tube, getting the needle in place and all. Then the instructions to take a deep breath, and I knew it was time......felt a major "pinch" on my cock, but not what i would call serious pain....but then the feeling of euphoria was astounding.....not only the rush after the pain, but also knowing that I had gone through with something that strikes terror in most men's minds. I now had a beautiful 8ga steel ring in my penis !!

I read a lot of experiences about guys having a lot of bleeding and all....so much that i got him to wrap me up in the glove and all like I'd read about, even though he said I wouldn't need it. Well, he was right....I should have listened. I never had the first problem with my piercing.....I honestly don't think it could have been done any better !! I drove the 30 miles back home with no discomfort whatsoever. As soon as I got home I had to take a piss and needless to say I was pretty apprehensive about that, but there was no pain at all. I didnt' see any blood when I took the glove off, so that made me feel good. In the house, undress in the dark (she was in bed, didnt' know what I had been up to ), put a towel on the sheet under where I was sleeping. I had visions of lots of bleeding in the night, but the next morning, there was nothing ! My friend had done a perfect job of piercing me. He used a 10ga needle, and put in a 8ga CBR, effectively sealing the hole and putting enough pressure on it to keep it from bleeding. Over the next few days, there was not any pain....and probably not over 10 drops of blood. I was totally amazed !! And everytime I looked at my penis, there was that hot looking piece of steel. I had no dreams of stretching in size, but he said that I'd want to stretch it. Well, he was right again, and now , after 10 months, I'm up from the original 8ga to a 2ga 5/8" CBR. It's an awesome piece of jewelry.

I know if you visit this site , you've read a lot of stories about getting a PA. And a lot of them are very similiar to mine. But if you are considering doing it, go for it ! Sometimes the orgasms are a lot better, but it's really more than that. When you get it done, you'll know what I'm talking about.
