Being brought up in a very conservative environment where tattoos and body piercing where never considered I was always turned on by anyone with a tat. So at 49 I decided to take the plunge, tattoos no longer appealed (I could never decide on a design that I wanted for life although some of the Celtic designs look great on the rite bodies) this left body piercing. Facial piercing was definitely out including ears at my age so I thought of nipples after talking to people in the know I was dissuaded on the grounds of pain and long healing time. After considering a Fraenum a PA had to be the way to go and after seeing photos and videos of guys with them. I visited The Piercing Urge in Sydney and talked to Kim who explained the procedure and which jewellery to choose. Four months later with a four day break from work coming up I decided to set the day, I rang The Piercing Urge and made an appointment. Kim suggested his partner Bob is best with PA's. When I arrived for my appointment two others were waiting a young lady for a tongue and a guy for a nipple plus a couple of other people having their piercing checked. I had to wait about an hour I did think of going but as it had taken me so long to make the decision I thought what's an hour here or there, the only worry was I was parked in a two hour parking spot ten minutes walk away which would expire before my procedure was complete. Bob finally asked to come and fill out the consent form explain the after care, no sex for two weeks etc. and choose the ring, on Kim's previous advise a 10g circular bar bell (so I could take it out when and if necessary).

Into the piercing area at this piercing Urge there are two doctor type examination beds with curtains around and dividing like in a hospital ward everything is very bright and sterile in a tasteful way. I dropped my jeans and jocks and onto the bed. After thorough examination of limp appendage Bob measured and marked to spot to the right of the V for the 7/8 inch ring. The Piercing Urge use local surface anaesthetic in the form of a gel applied to a cotton bud and inserted in the urethra to line up with the needle entry point (not at all uncomfortable) and a blob of cream anaesthetic on the outside covered with "Tegaderm", a clear plastic type of wound dressing. So after asking if I was comfortable and providing me with a magazine to read I was left for twenty minutes with the timer set to allow the anaesthetist to take effect.

The buzzer went off a Bob returned and laid out the insertion tube, needle covered in Betadine cream and the ring like you see in an operating theatre. Of course Bob changed gloves after each part of the procedure. Now to the most uncomfortable and tricky part the removal of the "Tegaderm" dressing which stuck to the remains of my foreskin and Glans. Once that was over it was in with the insertion tube, which I couldn't feel at all after thirty seconds I felt a sharp prick like having a vaccination. Bob asked if I was all right, I couldn't see this part as Bob's hand was in the way. When I did get a peek there was a two-inch SS bar sticking out my urethra, the ring was screwed to it and fed through. A trickle of blood was coming out the urethra, Bob sad this was normal the lining of the urethra bleeds. After screwing on the breads making sure both were tight and after final inspection Bob wrapped some tissues around my cock and placed a glove held in place with a rubber band. After paying and receiving the printed after care instructions and a bag with spare gloves and bands I was on my way.

An hour and half later I had my first piss with my PA. After removing the blood soaked tissues under the glove with great force I ejected a lump of congealed blood and a stream of bloodied urine followed. What a relief. A little bleeding continued so I wrapped and gloved. Erections during the night were a little painful. The next day there was a little blood on the tissue but from then on no more. I drank glasses of water and bathed my cock in glass of warm salty water after taking a piss. For the next week or so I had a dull pain when ever the ring caught on my jocks or got twisted, this soon disappeared. The only problem, pissing standing up wasn't possible. The leakage from the piercing hole ran down the ring hitting the ball and splashing everywhere. Two months later I removed the ring and left it out for a month the hole didn't close over. I then had a ¾ inch 8g CBR put in no stretching necessary as the hole had healed larger than the original piercing this was a lot more comfortable than the 10g circular bar bell. I now have a ¾ inch 6g segment ring, which is very comfortable, and I think looks great. I remove the ring for a month or so every so often this helps with keeping it tight stopping the leak enabling stand up pisses. If you have been thinking about getting a PA I would recommend you don't delay the sensation during sex is fantastic. I'm still thinking about the nipples, maybe soon.
