My Nipple Piercing Experience

I have wanted to get belly button pierced for as long as I can remember, but my parents are totally against the idea of putting sharp needles, and pieces of metal your body. I've never got my belly button pierced because I've always been nervous of my parents seeing it. So when Jeff (my boyfriend) gave me the idea of getting my nipples pierced, I got really excited and started saving up my money. I also did alittle research. As I was looking for info, I came across this website. I read some stories, and looked at some pictures. It confirmed that really wanted them done.
At first the plan was that I was going to get both of my nipples pierced, and Jeff was going to get his nipple pierced too. Unfortunately Jeff couldn't get the money to get his done, but he still wanted to come and see me get mine done. So we stayed after school on Friday and walked into town, which is about a 30 minute walk. We finally reached the studio, and I really started to freak out! We walked in, and the Artist asked if he could help us, I froze up.. and just didn't say anything! Jeff finally said that we were here to get my nipples pierced. The Artist asked how old I was, I forgot to say that I was sixteen and ended up saying that I was fourteen. ( which is my actual age ). He said that he would pierce me, but I would have to lie and say that I was sixteen... which was the plan from the beginning. He then asked me to unzip my jacket.... at first I thought this was weird, he could probably see that I thought it was weird by the expression on my face, so he then explained why. He asked me to because, he had to see if I needed barbells or rings.
I ended up needing barbells, which was an extra ten dollars each. The total came to $140!!! I then filled out the form stating my name age address etc. The artist then went into the back room for about five minutes before he called me back. When I got back there, he asked me to sit up on bench. I looked around the room, there were pictures of other people getting pierced and getting tattoos. I then saw the needles in the package sitting on the counter along with this weird looking jelly and a bottle and a toothpick. By now I was really nervous. The artist asked me to take off my shirt, and I did. I though that I would be uncomfortable taking off my shirt infront of an guy that I didn't even know, but I felt comfortable. He talked to me the whole time, explaining what he was doing, and just talking to me like I was his friend. haha Jeff sat down beside me and told me that I could squeeze his hand if it hurt. The artist then marked my nipples. He started by piercing the right nipple. He clamped it and put the needle through. I was soo surprised! Not about how much it hurt, but how much it didn't hurt. The artist put the barbell through, and then did the same to the left nipple. He then showed me that be broke the two needles, and threw them in the garbage.
Afterwards he explained how to clean them, and that if I had any problems I was to come and see him immediately. We were getting ready to leave, and he asked me if I felt light headed. I did!! I thought I was going to faint. He told me to sit down, and gave Jeff some money to run up the street and get me a pop so that I would feel better. Him and Jeff both left the room, but came back with a huge sucker, and a wet paper towel for the back of my neck. Jeff finally came back with my Pepsi, I drank it and within a couple minutes I felt so much better! We then left and headed to Jeff' house. That night, they were sore, and burned alittle bit, but nothing that made me uncomfortable. The next morning I woke up, and all the pain was gone! It did hurt to get hit in the boob for the next week or so. But now it's fine. I've had my nipple pierced for about 3 weeks now, and they look awesome! I can't wait for another couple weeks, so that I can change the barbell and put in some hot new jewelry. Anybody that is thinking of getting there nipple pierced, you should definitely go through with it!
