Well, I had decided to pierce my nipple with a friend. I hummed and Hawwed on it for what seems to be forever, which actually turned out to be around two months. And while she was gone to Florida, she and I decided I should get mine done, so she knew what she was getting into, and I had no problem with that, so here I am, sitting around, trying to think of how I can get myself pierced because I'm not of legal age to get it done, so I had to do it either by myself, or a friend. I chose friend. Not exactly the most sterile thing to do, nor is it recommended. I spent the rest of my two months, picking out jewelery, trying to scrounge for some cash, and reading every single story on here and I could come across about nipple piercings. I even went to lengths to blatantly ask people that had it done, what it was like, and have them show me so I knew how it should look. But here's the real deal:

I got to my piercer's house, he got out all his equipment; forceps, a needle, and a rubber band. Then I got my stuff out; piercing cleanser, and some 14g circular barbells.
I sat there, adrenaline rushing, and shaking like hell. He marked the entry and exit spots, and got out the clamp. This part was awkward because the piercer is my best friend, and he's touching my boobs. But past that, he put the clamp on, which was by far the weirdest ever... but I sat there in anticipation, and then nervousness set in. But there was no backing out now. I felt him position the needle, and then WHAM!!! It felt like a slow paper cut when it went through the milk ducts, but after that, smooooth sailing. I bled a little, ok well more than a little, probably about a tablespoon.
Now, I was all pumped up, and then he went to put the ring in, and had to feed it through, this was a bit painful, but not a thing compared to the piercing itself.
And then he asked if I wanted the second one, because it usually hurts more. Which it did, but because I had to be symmetrical, I did the other.
I had a death grip on my "supporter", one of my friends, hand.
I went through the slow paper cut yet again... and did it hurt more than the other, it killed I'll tell you that much, but it was a great relief when it was through, "Yes I did it!" i thought.. then it came time to put the ring through... it wasn't too bad, he had a little more trouble with this one, but got it through. Thank God!
It bled a little more than the first one, but hey, thats natural...
Now I have two nipple rings, and I love them to death, even though they hurt like hell right now, they'll get better!! And I can't wait!
The weirdest part overall was letting myself hang out, about 6 inches away from my best friends boyfriend, and having him touch my boobs, pierce them, and then gently clean them off ever so graciously afterwards.
I wouldn't really suggest to pierce your nipples in your best friends bathroom, but I definitely dont regret doing mine that way at all. I love the fact that I have something under my shirt, that no one else has to know about unless I want them to!
But for anyone who's reading this for "inspiration", just go for it! It doesnt hurt that bad, of course there's going to be pain, but not like you're giving birth pain... Just do it!
I also wouldn't just grab any old friend either. I'd get one that maybe has done some piercings before, and is a little bit familiar with your pain tolerance level. My piercer had pierced me before. He has pierced my tongue actually, and by then, I had trusted him a lot. Plus, before I even decided to get this piercing, i talk to a lot of piercers about this, and they didnt suggest it, imagine that...
After I got my piercing, I stopped by my school, praying no one would bump my chest in the hallway because at this point, I had some good shadow pains going on. And everybody that I ran across, wanted to either hear the story, see them all bloody and disgusting, or both!
I hope that I dont get infection, or anything because I like my boobs, thank you very much, and I dont need Mastitis... so I plan on cleaning them 2 times a day with Dial, or the piercing cleanser that I bought when I did my lip. I dont plan on touching them, and I'm NOT letting the guy that I'm seeing come anywhere near them with his mouth, hands or ANYTHING at that. I want to be safe and sound! Plus, I'd feel a little embarrassed at the doctors because I un-professionally got my nipples pierced....
