When riding in the car with my friend one day he was talking about getting his nipples pierced on vacation. We talked about it and I was always wondering what it would like to get my nipple pierced (I only wanted my one nipple pierced). I told him I was going to get it done, and when I say something I do it. I have 3 tattoos and my tongue pierced I didn't think it would hurt that bad. I went home that night and talked to my Girlfriend about getting it done, she was all for it. The night I decided I wanted to get my nipple pierced I looked around on the Internet to find some advice on getting it done. I found thins site and I read all about it. I still wanted to get it done. I had a hard time sleeping that night I was so nervous and scared to get it pierced because I was so scared of needles. I finally go to sleep that night.

I woke up the next day all ready to get it done. I told my Mom I was not going to school that day (she didn't ask why). I went to school that morning to meet my friends before I went to my girlfriends house to go get it done. At the school I was telling my cousin frank and many of my other friends that I wanted to get it done and they all though I was nuts. I showed up at my girlfriends house at like 1030 or so and I had to wake her up because I wanted to go when they opened because my friends were telling me to get it done early so I had the whole day to get use to it. I started to feel that I didn't want it done, but I knew I wanted to get it. So around 2 o'clock we were off to marc's I was going to get it.

I walked into the studio and Steve knew me already from going there for my tattoos and pairings. I asked how to go about getting your nipple pierced and at 1st he joked about it and then he told me it is one of the more painful piercing. I sat there for a good 5 mins. thinking if I wanted it or not. Steve was really nice about it he came over to me and told me if I really wanted to get it done not to worry about the pain because it would all be worth it in the end, and he also said if I really wanted it get it. I decided that I wanted it done, he had his assistant set up the room and get everything all ready. At that time I was getting really nervous and started to have second thoughts, but I knew I wanted it so I told myself to get this done.

Steve came out of the piercing room and told me to come in I walked in the room and the room was well sterilized and the walls has many pictures of his work. He told me to stand up and take my shirt off and as I did he washed his hands and put gloves on. He then cleaned it and marked it where the needle would enter and would exit. He then put the clamp on my nipple and told me that that would be uncomfortable, and yes it was but i could stand it. then he was ready i tried not to look down, i was holding my girlfriends hand and he told me to breath in and then told me to exhale and when i did i felt a sharp pain pierce my skin, and i am not going to lie and say it didn't hurt it did but it was not what I was expecting it wasn't all that bad. When the needle was thru I looked down and saw the needle handing then with a quark in the end of it I looked at Kim and I said it wasn't that bad and she just looked like "OHHHH". Then Steve put the jelwery thru and it was done I looked down and I saw it and I loved it I couldn't believe that I did it!!!!!!

After it was done Steve told me all about the aftercare. I soke it in warm distilled sea salt water for 3 to 5 mins. 2 times a day. The nipple is doing fine now I had it for about 3 weeks now and I am so glad I got it. The only advice I could give to someone that wants to get it done is to go for it, there is a but of pain but you can live thru it and you will be suprised with the results.
