This whole twisted tail of pain starts about a month ago. I have been interested in body piercing from the age of 15. I'm not quite sure what the attraction to it all was, it just sort of turned me on. I kept thinking I want that to be me every time I saw someone at the mall with a body piercing. I especially liked the look of nipple rings. The first time I ever saw someone with nipple rings was in the park when I was around 10 years old. The look of them fascinated me. But I knew that I could never have any kind of body piercing though as my parents and family would have killed me had I pierced something.

But, when I was 16 I actually tried to pierce my own nipple in the bathroom of my house. Just to remind all you body piercing fans out there that self piercings can be very dangerous and stupid. Anyway, I went to the sewing kit and got out a shiny pin. I had already went downtown to a piercing store and bought a ring for it. So I was all set to have a nipple ring...or so I thought. First I sterilized the pin to prevent infection (I didn't want to lose my nipple ring before it even got a chance to heal.)Then I numbed my nipple with an ice cube in the hope that it wouldn't hurt so much. After holding the ice cube there for a few minutes I went on to the piercing. With a deep breath I jabbed the pin into my left nipple with a huge push. I then proceeded to put the ring into the hole. It began to heal but never really looked right. So a few days later I removed it. My parents never did find out about that little experience to this day. I intend to keep it that way.

Here's where the story gets to the good part. Afterall the title of the story is my 2 new nip rings. It was 3 years after I tried to pierce my nipple and I still craved nipple rings. I had just moved out of my house and into the dorms at University. I saw this as the perfect opportunity to get pierced. I debated on the idea for several days getting a lot of advice from people. My friends were very supportive of my idea and were very curious as to how it was done. So I told them that I would tell them the whole experience and report back to them after they were done. My girlfriend was another person in favor of me piercing my nipples. She liked the idea very much only because she had visions of playing with them when they were all healed. She was so supportive that she even made the appointment with the piercer.

It was a wednesday afternoon and I had just finished my afternoon classes. I drove over to the piercing studio and I must say, I was nervous as hell. I walked into the studio went up to the cash, paid and picked out the jewellery to be used. I wen't with titanium rings (I'm sorry but I can't remember the gauge. I'm new to piercing remember.) I then went and sat down in the corner trying to just breathe and relax. When it was my turn I got up and went into the room where the piercer waited for me. He explained the whole process to me in detail and asked me one more time if I was sure I wanted to do this. I said "Let's get on with this." He got out the needle, sterilized it, marked the placement where the piercing would be then used the tweezer like thongs to grab the nipple. I took a deep breath and he jabbed the needle into my left nipple. It hurt like hell!!! He inserted the jewellery. Oh shit!!! I still had to get this done all over again with the right nipple. He did the exact same steps over again and before I knew it I was done. I put my shirt back on and left. The ride home was hell. It seemed every bump in the street sent pain straight through my body and up into my nipple. I got home showed my girlfriend then soaked them in salt water to prevent infection.

It is know a month later and my nipple rings are healing up nicely. My girlfriend can hardly wait to get her hands on them. I'm still getting used to the fact of seeing the shine through the corner of my eye when I get out of the shower. I really love my nipple rings and the increased sensitivity they give me. I would recommend this piercing to just about anyone interested in body piercing.
