My obsession with piercing my nipples began at about the same time I secretly had my tongue pierced. Since then I have been researching BME in order to find the information I would need to follow through with the procedure. After contemplating the pain and healing factors I decided to go ahead and get them done.
Sadly, my family is very against Body Modification and would not allow me to get these piercings with their consent, so foolishly I did the next best thing....lie. After calling my cousin who is also into piercings and other forms of modification, we decided I should come up for the weekend and get them done at one of her friends shops. Asking my parents to buy me a ticket for the bus ride to her house was no problem, little did they know what I really had in mind...=).
The day came finally came for my departure and I was as anxious as hell. The two-hour bus ride seemed to take forever; I couldn't wait much longer. However, when I arrived I was informed that the piercer, Brock, had the day off, so we made appointment for the following day. Woo Hoo, wish me luck, I get a whole day to think about getting stuck.
The next morning came, and I awoke with butterflies in my stomach. I got dressed and had a nice breakfast at Denny's before my cousin and I left for the shop. We arrived at Ink City around 12, and looked around at some of Brock's portfolios. He was cool with my age and nicely asked to see my nipples. I showed him and he said he would just be a moment. He returned about 10 minutes later and asked me to come to the back so he could prep me for the piercing. My little niece said she wanted to watch, so my aunt and her came back for the poking. Mike, the tattoo artist wished me luck and a few guys from the front asked if I minded if they watched. I said it was perfectly fine, and Brock said that we could do the piercings in the other room so that everyone could see. I agreed, and he moved his materials to the other room. I chose some little 14-gauge barbells in hope that they would be less noticeable than CBR's. Brock said I made a wise decision, and said the healing would be ea sier because they wouldn't get knocked around as easy.
So, with an audience of about 10 people, I sat up on the big comfy dentist looking chair and tried to calm myself. Brock marked the piercings just perfect the first time around and in a friendly manner kidded around with me about the pain that would be involved. He swore that his 3 PA's hadn't hurt as much as his nipples and asked if I was really ready for the pain. I assured him I was and told him to get on with it. Everyone watching seemed to be grabbing their nipples like it was going to hurt them more than me. He chose the left nipple first and applied the clamps. They were a tad uncomfortable but nothing major. Then came the needle. I will not lie, it was the most painful piercing I have had yet but easily tolerable. He then asked if I was all right, and I assured him I was and that he should get on to the right nipple. He laughed and proceeded with the right nipple. The procedure was the same, but the pain seemed less, probably due to the fact that I knew what to expec t. My aunt laughed during the whole procedure and took picks that I will hopefully be sending soon. Brock then inserted the 14 gauge barbells in both nipples, which was rather painless. He cleaned me up, gave me my aftercare sheet, and then rang me up. He gave me a nice deal, so I tipped him generously, and told him I would be back for the PA some time soon. =)
It has been about 4 weeks sine the piercing and to my surprise I have had no crusties what so ever. They seem to be healing very fast and their tenderness is subsiding. As far as telling my parents, I think I will wait until they fully heal until I break the news.
I plan on stretching my new additions after they are fully healed, and will gladly be sending those pics also. I'm aiming for about 6 or 4's but only time will tell.
If you are planning on having your nipples pierced I highly recommend it. The pain is minimal and well worth it in the long run. If you have any questions I would gladly answer them. Well till next time... bye-bye.
