I'd been wanting my nipple pierced for quite awhile, ever since I'd got my first tattoo, which was in February 2001. While waiting in the queue for my tattoo, I jokingly said "Shall I get my nipple pierced while we're waiting?" The more I thought about it, the more it appealed to me. Well one day, I decided to get my eyebrow pierced because I didn't think my nipple was quite ready yet.

My friend Michael had got his done which I was rather annoyed about because it was my idea. It was a friday afternoon and I'd been thinkin about getting my nipple pierced all afternoon. I was sitting in the refectory at college hoping that my I.T lecture would be cancelled and if it was I'd be able to go and get my nipple pierced.
I sent my friend Jennie a text message telling her because she said she wanted to come with me and laugh at me while I was in pain. I went to my I.T class and Paul (the lecturer) said "You can either stay here and do work or go to the S.I.S room and do some" which basically meant "You can all go". So I quickly grabbed my bag and phoned Jennie to tell her to meet me at reception. Well we got the bus down and I made her swear an oath that she wouldn't hit my nipple once it was pierced, she reluctantly agreed, which was good because she can be rather evil.
Anyways, we went to the tattoo studio where I'd got my tattoo and eyebrow done. I went in, the piercer asked what I wanted to get done, I told him, and he said OK. I didn't get a lecture about getting my nipple pierced this time whereas I did for my eyebrow because its a facial piercing and a big step...is this normal practice?
He saw my eyebrow ring and asked where I'd got it done and I told him here, then he said "Yeah, I remember you, you were in the other day right?" and I told him yes. I'd taken the ball off my ring because someone was dying to take it off so they cud play with it and they said they wanted to squeeze all the puss that was in, out, however there wasnt any puss in and just my luck...I couldnt get the darn ball back on, so him being the nice guy he is, put it back on, free of charge.
So, here I was sat on the freezing cold chair, cringing with Jennie sat grinning at me. He told me each step as we went through it. Then he put the clamp on my nipple and sprayed it with the freezey stuff, he told me this would probably be the worst part as it would make my nipple feel as though it was swelling up. Boy was he right, my nipple felt as though it was gonna burst, I was pulling a kinda wierd face and Jennie was laughing again (she has no compassion!) then after a couple of minutes waiting for the freezey stuff to work, he placed the needle next to my nipple. It wasn't like I was scared but I didn't particularly want to see the needle go through my nipple, so I looked away and cringed while Jennie was laughing yet again in the backgroud.
In went the needle and the piercing, I felt him stop for a moment and looked at my nipple and saw the needle there along with the piercing, and I have to say it looked pretty cool! A couple of seconds later, he took the needle out and put the ball in place. And that was it. I payed him the money and away I went.
Standing at the bus stop for half an hour in the cold, didnt feel too great though. Eventually the bus came, Jennie & me got on and it went past the college where Jennie's friend got on. She asked me if I was pierced and I said yes and showed her. As soon as I got home, I showed my mam and she said "You will go out and do all these stupid things", yet she gave me the money for my 2nd tattoo, wierd huh? I didn't really notice the piercing too much until I was lying on my bed and Jennie leant on my nipple with her elbow without noticing, or thats what she said!
I absolutely love my nipple piercing although it tends to get hit during soccer (football) games. I'd like to get somewhere else pierced but I'm not quite sure where. Jennie dared my to get my "dong end" (Penis) done, but I'm a little scepticle about that.
