I've always wanted a piercing, and I don't count my earrings that i made myself at an age of 13 with a needle as piercings (although they are). When I was 19 I decided that I wanted an nipple piercing. I thought about it for a while and let it go as I was in a very difficult period in my life then. A year went by and I started thinking about it again. Then I really wanted my nipple pierced and I was talking about with my girlfriend, and she was quite excited about it so I decided now I'll get it done. A month went by and the relationship ended. Again I let go of my piercing dream.

Then I met this girl who had a few piercings of her own and had recently got a tragus. Once again I started to think about my nipple piercing that I wanted. I started to surf the net and came across BME. Wow, I read everything about nipple piercings and I really, really wanted one! I had to wait until I got my salary, so as I waited I became more and more excited, I was finally going to do it. A week before pay-day I checked the phone book for local piercing studios and decided to call Needlepoint and book a time. The guy who owned the studio said that he was going away for the weekend so he had to see if the other piercer was able to do it that weekend. He promised to call me back the same day and let me know so I gave him my number. After half an hour he called me back and said the whole saturday was open. I decided that 11.30 was a good time.
Friday night I couldn't get any sleep I was so excited and started to think, damn it's going to hurt, my nipples are so sensitive, I can't wait to get it done!!
Saturday morning I ate quite a big breakfast and whent on to the piercing studio. When I got there I introduced me to the piercer and told him what kind of piercing I wanted. I filled out the paper work and the piercer asked me what jewelry I wanted and of course I wanted a BCR so he got the jewelry and everything, autoclaved it and then I sat down in the chair he washed my nipple, marked it and started to ask if I was nervous, and actually I was nervous and excited but in a wonderful way, adrenaline was already rushing through my veins, then he told me about the first piercing he got, nipple, and joked around a little, made me feel real comfortable and explained what he was going to do, how he'll do it and so on. I approved the markings, clamps on, I waited for the needle to pierce my nipple. He told me not to forget to breath or else I surely would faint. Then he ran the needle through, damn it hurt, and then it was over. I looked down at my nipple piercing and fell in love. It was so beautiful!!! The piercer asked me if I was feeling dizzy and I told him I felt fine. I was all high on the endorfines. He gave me after-care instructions verbal and on paper, answered my questions and told me to call him if I later on had some questions. And then the payment. I was surprised when he threw in the antiseptic for free. That's service. I was real satisfied with the studio and will surely go there again.
Afterwards I walked around in the city for a while and the piercing started to ache real bad. The piercer had told me that one hour after I had the piercing done, if it aches I should press it real hard, it would hurt as hell for a while but then be fine. So I did that and hell it hurt!!!! But after a while everything was fine again and I went home to adore my new part of my body!
The healing went on very well for a week, then I started to fear it was infected. I bought some antibacterial soap and washed it with that each night and the antiseptics mornings. And now it's almost completely healed and I'm considering getting a septum, tongue and a pa done. Also I'm considering getting two tattoos done, so which one first? Tomorrow I'll get my salary... I think I'll get the tattoo this month!
