May I start off by saying I just love my body piercer? I am so comfortable around him, and won't go anywhere else for piercings. If you're ever in the East County Area of San Diego, find him! you wont regret it, I promise!

With saying that, my story can now begin.

I had the urge again! You all know what I'm talking about. When you want another piercing so bad you can taste it! When you NEED another piercing! So, another couple is what I got. I had thought of the idea of putting two more on my navel. Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted six around my navel. Unfortunantely, my skin is not made for such s thing, so I settled on simply adding one more to each side. And when I get my mind set on something, no one can stop me. Or, stop me from seeing my body piercer that is.

I talk to Nickk (my piercer) on a semi-regular basis, as he has also become a friend. He knew what I was thinking, and waiting for me to say Lets go for it. One day, before work, I was bored, and called him up, anxious to start my new project! He told me to head down there, he was ready and waiting for me, so off I went.

We went over everything... the needles, the jewelry, the lube... and even though I have been pierced by him many many times, he still goes over everything, which I absolutely love, it makes me feel so safe. He marked up my belly button, making sure everything would be even, that I had enough skin for this even and all would go well. I laid down in the ever-so-familiar dentist-like chair, and got excited! There's nothing quite like a new piercing, or the sensation that comes along with it.

While he clamped me (which I wasn't happy about, as clamps make me bruise, but I knew he had no choice), I started talking to a girl in the room across from mine, who was getting a tattoo. She thought I was crazy, that it would hurt too bad. This from the girl getting a tattoo on her hip! Anyways, you all know the drill.. deep breath! A little push! and ahhh..... something new and shiny is there. Oh, but I wasn't done quite yet!

Another deep breath, a little pinch, and the jewelry is inserted. Nick replaced my standard navel jewelry that I had worn in there, and I hopped up, excited to see! I took one look, and was completely devastated. It just didnt look right! I quickly realized the problem however. In my standard navel, I was wearing a dangly star barbell. On my side piercings, sat 2 captives. Not quite attractive. I always have to match.

So, I did what any girl would do. Cried. But only until I got my way, and had a third captive put in my standard piercing. Now sat three cute little captives, that when I take deep breaths move in and out all together like a chinese finger trap. hehehe. I sauntered into the room across the hall, where Matt was tattooing the girl, and showed off my new project that I adored... it was love at... second sight! Because, once everything matched, I was ecstatic! Ready to sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy a cigarette, I began planning my next project. Which will one day be complete. Until you then, you can all guess what I'll do next! All I will admit is I am ready for more surface piercings!

Happy with my decision, I went off to work, and felt no discomfort, only sheer happiness. It really doesnt take much to make me happy, now does it? I showed off my new work to everyone, my co-worker, boss, customers, everyone! Most people thought it was cute. Some thought I was crazy. A few people didnt like it at all. I wasn't out to impress anyone with this. I did it for myself, but had to show the world! I was pierced just a couple weeks ago, but seem to be healing quite nicely. The right one is more tender, which I find to be weird, as I sleep on my left side, but... whatever. Sure, they're crusty sometimes, and it's irritating when they get tangled together (dont ask me how, but it does happen!) but I love them! I hope to change them into 14g short barbells with double gems on each of them so I have a tiny disco ball of colors in my tummy soon.

If you want your navel pierced more than once, go for it. But it's a pain in the butt to take care of! Good luck guys, and have fun piercing!
