It all started oneday I would guess about two years ago.I had tattoos all over me,just like I do now,but was minus any piercings except my ears and labret.I had an idea, why not get my eyebrow pierced. At first it just seemed way too trendy to do since everyone and they're grandmother have them nowadays, but I decided I wouldn't give a shit what people thought and would do whatever I wanted to please myself and make me happy.

So finally Saturday had arrived the day I was off from work and could get it done.So I woke I guess around 12ish took the normal shower got dressed had something to eat and was on my merry way.Hoped inta the car and started my trip up to the studio JK5.When I got there it was alittle after 1 o'clock and they were just opening for business.Walked in made my usual rounds sayin hi and bullshitting with my all my tattoo artists showing them some of my work that had healed since the lastime they saw me,that they had done.Jon my piercer was running alittle late so I sat out front smoking my cigarettes and in their lobby reading tattoo magazines. He showed up around 1:30 or so and I hadta wait for a few girls ahead of me to be pierced first. It wasn't a problem at all.The standard navel and tongue piercings is what they were they're for.I still felt so damn trendy waiting for an eyebrow piercing, but I went thru with it.I would guess at around 2 o'clock Jon was all set and asked me wh at we would be doin for me today.I told him an eyebrow piercing and he was all set to give me the sheet to sign stating that I was 18 and ask for my ID,but then was like "what the hell am I doin?"Just c'mon back,he apologized said it was a force of habit.Wasn't a problem with me at all.He then asked me if I'd like a barbell or ring.I politely replied ring, the barbells I just don't like the look of them. Then he proceeded to ask me if I'd like a steel ball or a colored one with tongue in cheek.I politely again while tryin not to laugh and so was he replied "steel please".So we were now off to the piercing room.

So we made our way back to the piercing room located all the way in the back of the studio. We first started just small talkin about the weather and sports and what not while I was gettin situated and so was he.He had me sit on one of those big long doctors table and proceded to take out a magic marker and put dots on where the piercing would be done. Then he had me look in the mirror and asked me if I liked the placement, which I did so now it was time to get down to business. He had me laydown on my back while he was doing the piercing.I had heard this piericng was virtually painless and everyone was so right.I didn't feel it at all!The most painful part was when he put the ball on,made me squirm a bit,but wasn't bad at all.I have a pretty high pain tolerance so I'm sure that helped as well.Well got up looked in the mirror and I had a very nice new addition to my face.I had the eyebrow ring places on my right eyebrow 'cause for some reason and I know this sounds stupid people are always havin the leftside of their face pierced more if they just have one piercing.Yes I know I'm strange...haha.So I thanked Jon and he told me only $25 for me,but I gave him $30 and told him to just keep it.Havin that hookup I deifntiely couldn't complain. We made our way up front he handed me an aftercare sheet shook hands and I was on my way.So now I was off to show the rest of the world my brand new piercing.

Left the studio at about 2:30 or so and hoped in my car.Proceeded to get home around 2:45ish.To my suprise my mom actually thought it looked nice which I couldn't beleive and my father just gave me the old your a friggin weirdo look and shook his head.I get it a lot believe me.The whole nite it wasn't really sore at all alittle tender, but deifntiely not bad.

Aftercare: This eyebrow piercing was so easy to deal with and heal.Followed my aftercare instructons and there was no problems at all.For maybe two weeks after I originally had it done I had a small bruise underneath my eyebrow, but wasn't very noticeable at all.For about the next few months it would hurt if I forgot aobut it and say was washng my face and ran a towel across it fast and hard.Other than that though it's turned out great. No signs of rejection or anything.Alittle blood and puss cameout of it the first month or so,but since then it has been a pleasure not a problem at all.I suggest to anyone who wants to get their eyebrow pierced to deifnitely do it,it doesn't hurt onebit even if you have a low pain tolerance I'm sure.I'm so happy I went thru with it and forgot about what people would say.Lots of people even some older folks say it's looks nice and I totally agree.Jon did a greatjob I would deifntiely recommend going to him again which I will.He does all my pierc ings...hope you all enjoyed my expierence...thanks for reading!!!!!
