Sep 29, 2009 Year-Old Snug Piercing Presented With Abcess On Back Of Ear piercing site itself appears fine, with no drainage whatsoever out of piercing fistula - abcess was NOT lanced, it opened up and drained on its own with only gentle manipulation, and was thoroughly cleaned with Technicare and sterile saline and client encouraged to seek immediate medical attention to request antibiotics ASAP.
