Doing UP The Button ~ By February 2009 I had discovered that I had a small addiction to piercing, or was it just to the sparklies that filled the resultant holes. By this time I had three holes in each ear (two cartilage), one in my nose and one in my most special of girly places, all of which I had grown to love and couldn't imagine being without. But as with any family, a new member is always greeted with joy and love and it was time for the birth of my belly button piercing. I was always a ...

Getting my first "real," or needle piercing at the mere age of 16 led to a new fascination of mine. PIERCINGS! I am always aching for more. My mom hates how I love getting pierced so initially when I must have a new one I ask my father. With the same response from him each time I am always referred back to my mom. I propose the idea of a new piecing to her and she instantly says "No!" "You have so many holes soon water will pour out of you when you drink." Months pass and I continue to ...

I've been thinking about getting a microdermal for a while, particularly after my two failed nape piercings. I did the research, looked at pictures, read experiences, and then figured out my finances -- yeah, it wasn't going to happen. I forgot about it for a while. It was around a year before I thought about it again. After finishing a novel for National Novel Writing Month and finishing a term at school, I decided a reward was in order -- despite Christmas, my finances had an extra $100 I could live without, so I stopped by Strange City after my ...

I've been wanting snakebites on and off for about 3 years. I got bored one day, so I started looking at pictures online of them, and fell in love instantly. They where perfect - Where I live, not a lot of people have them, and none of them on guys. I wanted to be different, to stand out from everyone else. So I started talking to my girlfriend - who has an apprenticeship - about it, and she said she'd do them for me. That was the easy part. Now to convince my mom. Once I had finally picked up ...

Just as background, I am a 19 year old, sophomore in college, who now has 25 piercings. These piercings include paired high nostrils, a retired standard nostril, a standard navel, a retired inverse navel, and various ear piercings (lobes, snug, daith, industrial, helices, retired tragus, anti-tragus, and rook). I never thought that I would get a conch piercing: I actually thought that after I got my anti-tragus pierced that I had finished with my ears. But I realized that the inner part of my right ear looked bare compared to my left, and I needed something to even them out. ...

About a week ago I realized that I could pierce my lip starting from the top of my bottom lip and ending below my lip. Why is this important when I'm writing about my philtrum piercing? Well, when I realized this and found out it was an actual piercing, a vertical labret, I decided I would go to Evolved the very next Thursday to get it done. The thing is Evolved has a buy one get one special on Thursdays. At first I decided I would get the other side of my navel but changed my mind to my other ...

Here is the continued story of my ears. I started stretching my lobes nearly two years ago now -- I honestly can't believe it' been that long. Despite a few fuck-ups, I'm generally pretty cautious, and I sat at 00 for around a year before I decided to stretch up. My usual go-to place for jewelry in Edmonton is Strange City, as it's where I get all my piercings done, and they're amazing, so I'm more than happy to give them my money. The unfortunate thing is that a lot of people also have this idea, so the stock can ...

So I'm a piercing addict. Ever since I started boarding school, I sometimes get the urge to be a bit 'NAUGHTY' and piercings was the way to go for me! Before I got my tongue pierced that fateful day, I had 3 helix and 2 lobe piercings and a conch in my left ear, and 1 right lobe piercing. I've got double belly rings and that was the extent of my piercings. My brother's friend was a MAJORLY pierced person. And one day we were chatting and she showed me her tongue web ring. The image stuck with me until ...

I already have more than a few body mods but that same old itch to get another one hit hard. I started out by looking around on Google and BME before finally deciding on the right side of my lip. I didn't have but a little bit of money at the time so I figured the best option would be one that I could manage on my own. My lip didn't seem to be something difficult or something that would require much experience. First things first, I had to get my supplies. This gave me about four or five days ...

Okay, so, it all started when i was about 13. I had just one piercing in each lobe, and wanted more. So i got a second hole, a couple of years later, got a third one. And slowly over the past couple of years I've desperately wanted to get pierced, somewhere not very common. I'm a person who tends to enjoy being different sometimes. And i wanted a piercing that was different. So after reading a bunch of stories on here, I got my smiley pierced. But that's another post. So one day, I come across a picture of a ...
