This is old. But I remember I kept track of my experiance and wanted to share it. Thursday, February 4th, 2010. I made plans with my friends to get my piercings, I was supposed to go to a different piercer to get them done, but, he wound up saying there were to many complications with the process and decided to not do it. So I went to a place I knew would. three or four days earlier I went over to tattoo nation here in San Antonio with my friend. it was 45$ for each individual one. but, as I ...

I remember when I first saw a nape piercing when I was 18 in college. It initially turned me off and I was grossed out, but I was only interested in more ear piercings and maybe a nose at the time, so that figured. After I got some facial ones a couple of years later, I was more into uncommon piercings, so I became interested at that point. I looked at galleries online, looking carefully at the pictures and reading up on all of the stories, and I had to decide if this was something I really wanted. I did ...

So first of all, I know that nies piercing is not so well-known, so I'm going to explain where it is. It is placed on that particular part of skin where your ear joins your head. (You can see pictures in the BME Gallery) The idea of getting nies has crossed my mind a long time ago, but actually i've never taken it seriously. I was thinking that it would be awesome to have such piercing, but I have never seen anyone with nies, so I thought that this is for a reason and it is very hard or painful ...

So I've had a pretty crappy last two weeks. And as everyone knows, piercings make everything better, right? Well, at least I think that :) But I'm not technically supposed to get anymore, so I let the idea drift...until I heard my friend talking about his nipple piercing. And how much it hurt. And how long it took to heal. And how much he likes it. So naturally, I asked him to show me. Hannibal did say we covet what we see. And I didn't want just one. No, I wanted to of those suckers. So I started checking around ...

I’ll never forget when I first became interested in lobe stretching: I was sitting at my Great Grandma’s house in Michigan and she was watching some sort of documentary (I couldn’t have been more than 8 years old.) On this documentary, there were two old women who had hung weights from their ears their entire lives and their ear lobes had become long enough for them to wrap into their ponytails. I was amazed! After that experience, I was very interested in the cultural aspects of body modification. I did tons of research on a large variant of piercings, but ...

I didn't have a big Christmas. However, I spent it with people I love so I am happy for that... But, I felt the need to get something for myself. A gift. I love the excitement before getting a new piercing. And the piercings themselves always make me feel happy. I searched online for pictures of unique ear piercings. I looked at photos of Rooks, but decided that wasn't what I wanted. Plus, that part of my ear is very small. While browsing Rooks I came across a photo of a Daith and fell in love. The piercing is just ...

I have been wanting to get my tongue pierced for a really long time. I have been 18 for awhile, so when my cousin asked me to go with her to get her belly button done 4 days ago, I told her I would come with her. And I decided to get my tongue done then. We went to this place called Electric Sting. Most of my friends go there to get their piercings and tattoos. First, let me tell you I have some piercings so I am used to the pain and aftercare involved. I have double pierced ears ...

A while back, either in bodymods.livejournal.com or stretched.livejournal.com, someone linked an amazing septum plug. I saw it, & I had to have it. Previously I'd never been interested in a septum piercing, but I suddenly fell in love with the idea of a plug that allowed me to see through my own nose. Last week I received an email from Polymorph advertising a special for this weekend -- all piercings $10, although jewellery must be purchased at Polymorph on the day. This morning I made the 60-ish km trip up to Enmore from Campbelltown. I got to Polymorph at around ...

I've been fascinated with piercing since I was 14 years old, and I love all 8 that I now have (I'll be 16 in a few months). My mother was very afraid of the piercing process at first, having never been pierced by anything but a piercing gun as a small child in her doctor's office, and even though she had five of her own, she wasn't convinced. I tried to reassure her through my research and talking to people that it wasn't bad at all, and was rather painless for most people, and before I knew it she was ...

I have always liked ears and the variety of piercings that people get in them. So, it was no surprise when the tragus caught my eye. Two of my friends have their tragii pierced and a girl that just transferred from our school posted pictures of her fresh tragus adorned with the cutest heart shaped stud. I decided that I wanted my tragus pierced too and started to do my research. I even put together a PowerPoint to ask my mom, who told me years ago after my second lobe piercings "no more ear piercings". I pulled out all the ...
