Okay to be honest, I am not just another safety pin wielding dumbass. I'm also not someone who has a mommy that "doesn't approve" of modifications. I just like to pierce myself on my own because I like the sense of accomplishment. It also makes me feel more like me. Im not trying to be different, I just try to make myself feel more "right". I don't make it my main goal in life to try to seem rebellious or unique. I really just want to be myself. Anyway. One day I was sitting around thinking about getting a new ...

It all started a year ago, at a party with a lot of my friends. Everyone was sitting around having a good time, drinking, smoking and just chatting. After everyone had a bit too much to drink as they always seem to do, I started kissing a girl who is now a good friend of mine. She had two lip piercings on her bottom lip on either side, called snakebites. I loved the way these felt when I kissed her, but at the time it didn't cross my mind that I should get a piercing. Over the next about 10 ...

So, I've been thinking about this for awhile. Really, I have. I had an eyebrow piercing done in Kansas City, where I'm from, and had to take it out for work, and I knew I wanted another piercing, but something different. After moving to Florida to attend Full Sail and was no longer working somewhere I couldn't have a facial piercing, I decided now was the perfect time. I drove down there in the afternoon, which was a bad idea because traffic was horrible. Well, probably typical for I-4 W at about 4:00pm on a Thursday, but very congested for ...

I've wanted a lip piercing for quite some time but due to jobs and braces, I wasn't able to get one. After finding out the dental horrors a lip piercing caused, I was even further discouraged. One day, I was spending time taking those horrible quizzes you find everywhere online, and found the picture of a lip piercing I was not familiar with. I researched it and it turned out to be a vertical labret, a piercing that would not touch my teeth or gums in any way. It was perfect! I got my braces off, moved away to college, ...

About four months, well in September, I got my first piercing, a labret to the right side of my bottom lip. If I am honest, it was a brilliant introduction to piercing, was a comfortable and easy going procedure, and I loved it the moment it was done. Since then, I've only had one more; my ear, which I am carefully going about stretching at the moment, to cut down on the need for more piercings. Needless to say, it started a craving for other holes in my body, and so, as I have such an obsessive compulsive disorder about ...

My first experience with piercing was when I was a child. I was 8 years old when I finally got my first ear hole piercing. To me that was so painful. Because I never felt the pain of needles other that the doctors office. To me piercing was a forbidden art for those who are apart of the brave and strong. Years later I decided to go with the current trend and get a second ear hole piercing. I got it done at store in the mall . When I Got them done , my ears swole up like chicken ...

Ok, so I have always had a timid love for body mods.... I mean who hasn't. I am however a little cautious about getting one in a clearly visible area, so since I was about 14 I wanted to get under my tongue pierced. I thought it would be the perfect way to show my love of body mods but not really. At 15 I tried to pierce it myself and lost the hole, and thus decided I would never do it by myself again. When I finally went away to university, my roommate confessed that she wanted to get ...

I started playing around with the idea of a lip piercing a little over a year ago. I had seen a few people with them and I liked the way they looked, but at the time I was 16 and could not legally have it done. Where I live you have to be at least eighteen unless you have parental consent. I also knew my parents would never go for the idea; it took me months just to talk my mom into letting me get my cartilage done. After a few months of slipping it into conversation to get them ...

I had my eyes on getting a monroe piercing for several months, unfortunately my parents weren't so keen on letting me get it, but eventually - they let me. I wasn't too sure if it would suit me or not, originally I wanted a labret piercing but I came to the conclusion that it probably wouldn't look good on me, even though i've not quite wiped this off my list of future piercings to come..., so, anyway, I decided to go for the monroe - it seemed like something a little different. I had my piercing done at HTC Body ...
