My Tongue Piercing

About three weeks ago, I decided that I really wanted to get my tongue pierced. I ran the idea by my mom, and seeing as I'm only 15, she said no. I decided to drop the subject for a couple of days, knowing her pretty well. I knew she'd bring it up again on her own and tell me what her reasons for saying no were. About 4 days later, we saw my neighbor, Chad. I've always known deep down that Chad had his tongue pierced, but I never actually thought about it. He yawned, and with the idea of ... read more

Too tongue tied for a tongue piercing?!

About a year ago, the only piercings I had done were my lobes. I don't even count that for the mere fact that when I had them done I was a year old. After working up a lot of nerve I decided to get my navel done, which then led to 4 cartilage piercings, navel-piercing redone and a tattoo. I always thought I'd stop there, until I had the urge to pierce something again. I never had any clue about what I really wanted to get pierced. I wanted something demure, nothing over the top and something easy to hide. ... read more

My Tongue Piercing !

I've got a tongue piercing! It was pierced by Ayla, the apprentice of Hetty of BodyDesign (Ghent, Belgium). I wanted to get pierced by her, because it seemed like a special experience: being pierced by someone who is not yet completely familiar with the procedure. And besides that it seemed interesting to see how the procedures really goes. You know, when you go to a experienced piercer, it's a kind of routine: mark the spot, put the clamps on, get the needle ready, put the needle through, put the jewel through, done. But with the apprentice, I really lived through ... read more

tongue web - second time around

I've already had a tongue web piercing before - maybe about half a year ago, but the barbell fell out and the holes closed up before i could get it back in. But I can say for a fact, that I am absolutely in love with the tiny, secret, piece of metal hidden under my tongue. I decided maybe a week ago to re-pierce my tongue web. I had been missing it for a long time, but never really got around to it. So yesterday, I finally did it. Yes, it was a DIY piercing, and though I don't reccomend ... read more

My Tongue Piercing--I Nearly Fainted!

About two weeks ago, I got my third oral piercing. I had my first lip piercing on the right side done the day after Christmas last year, and my left side done about 2 months ago. They were both fairly painless, besides the fact that my left side squirted out blood. But that's besides the point. Convincing my mother had to be the most difficult and painful part of the whole process. It wasn't literally painful, just a pain in the butt. I sauntered up to her and told her how much I loved her. Then, I did a bit ... read more

Tongue Piercing - Spur of the moment

Okay, so I just recently pierced my tongue on Monday (Four days ago) and let me tell you my experience. I have my ears done three times on each side, my nose pierced and my lower side lip pierced. My ears were nothing, my nose did hurt a bit but I would probably do it again if I had to take this one out. My lip did not really hurt me. I've had my lip done for 10 months now and I love it! My nose I have had for 1 year and one month and I think it is ... read more

I'm not exactly a "piercing junkie" but I can feel myself heading that way. I have two piercings in each of my earlobes and had my cartilage pierced for a while too (I want to get that redone eventually...PROFESIONALLY this time.) I love getting piercings... the small amount of pain is exhilarating and afterwards you have something that looks really cool and expresses your personality! About two and a half years ago I decide I wanted to get my tongue pierced. Being only 14 at the time I think that it was against state law for me to do it ... read more

My Tongue Piercing

It wasn't until I realised I was gradually running out of piercings I could actually having without my parents noticing straight away that I came to the idea of having my tongue pierced. I started looking tongue piercings up on the internet; complications, how it's done, etc. I noticed that there was a lisp sometimes and swelling to the point it's painful to eat which worried me slightly as my parents were bound to notice that and get me to take it out before it's healed up. I asked around my friends and came to the same conclusions. This was ... read more

My Long Awaited Tongue Piercing

So I have been interested in piercings since I was 8 or 9 years old. I had always wanted my tongue pierced but my cousins told me it was a sign of sexuality and of being slutty, so I pushed the thought to the back of my mind, until I started getting piercings. Mind you, I did do some of my own piercings myself, of my mom would decide to bring the piercing gun out and attack me:( I nagged and nagged to get my mom to take me to get it done, I even worked 3 part time jobs ... read more
