Two Single Moms' Piercings

Single Moms' Piercings Our story doesn't start out with any flair and fauna like some do, We are just two single moms who thought we would do something a little "different" for a change. For a few months Lori and I had discussed getting various piercings, which we would like best, and where we would like it the best. I decided on getting my left nipple pierced and Lori on getting her belly button pierced. We also were considering getting tattoos to compliment our piercings. So upon the final decision of where we would get our piercings, we needed to ... read more

Cutting at Modern American BodyArts

I have something to share with you, many people wonder why I do certain things.... It ranges everywhere from why did I get a tattoo, what would make me want to pierce my dick, and who in the world would let someone cut into them with a scalpel.... well I first want to clarify the most recent question I was asked.... "It's bad enough that you do all this sick shit to yourself... but why the hell did you write about it and let everyone in the world know about it?" I pondered that one for a minute... kind of ... read more

A Brief Non-Linear Piercing History

rief Non-Linear Piercing History A Brief Non-Linear Piercing History The purpose of this list is to dispel certain popular myths and misinformation circulated about different body piercings and to clarify terms wherever possible. My list focuses on piercings that appear in the ethnographic or historical literature. Recent piercings like the Madison, Christina, Cleopatra, Madonna, Nasion and others have not been included. Please note that many of the references supplied by "the father of modern piercing" Doug Malloy (a.k.a. Richard Symington) cannot be verified and should be considered folklore. If you know of any historical or ethnographic references that are not ... read more

Nipple Piercing Experience at Bodyworks

ple Piercing Experience at Bodyworks Nipple Piercing Experience By Russ (russ@reflex.sonnet.co.uk) 3rd January 1997 Wow! I've just got back from having my nipple pierced, and I couldn't wait to pass on the experience. I've been thinking about getting my nipple pierced for a while now, as I've always enjoyed it when my girlfriend would play with them, and getting one of them pierced always seemed like a good idea.... But, I'm a mere beginner at this piercing lark, the only other piercing I've had done before now by the proper piercing method was a tragus piercing in my left ear ... read more

A note from Patrick regarding the chest piercings

Patrick regarding the chest piercings "Another couple of chest bars, what I call the - Mega Peck - piercings." "The horizontal bars are made of 4mm thick PTFE (polytetrafluroethalene), with 316 drilled and tapped balls. The threads on the balls cut their own threads, and the bars are easily shortened/trimmed with a scalpel, or a pair of toenail clippers. The Mega Peck's are normally done at 4mm X 4.5 inches. I anaethatise the entrance and exit marks only, provided the needles and insertion pins go under the skin there is no real discomfort." "I have discontinued doing the vertical bars ... read more

More ear piercings...

e ear piercings... Well, my ears are finished. For the moment. I now have six piercings on the left side and three on the right side. No particular reason why there's twice as many on the left, but I had a bizarre conversation with some one who pointed out to me that the way I had my ears pierced made me 33% gay. I pointed out to him that his statement made him 100% stupid. Some of the piercings I've already written about and are already on the BME (helix, tragus, antitragus, lower conch -all in the left ear). I'd ... read more

Nipple Piercing @ Universal

ple Piercing @ Universal I don't know why exactly I decided to get my nipple pierced. I'd always been casually interested in piercing, but hadn't ventured any further than a couple of holes in the earlobe (done with...boo, hiss...the gun). At one time a friend had put a stud through the cartiledge in my upper ear, but I took it out after a few months. I'd been thinking about getting another hole or two put in my body, but I knew it couldn't be too visible, as I'm constantly dealing with rather conservative types here in Hollywood. Anyway, while visiting ... read more

Mehandi

ehandi Mehandi An Ancient Art For Modern Primitives By Michelle Delio My first passport to the wide, wonderful world of body art came in the form of a huge stack of back issues of "National Geographic" magazine. I immediately dove deeply into that yellow bordered stack and didn't surface again for a long, long time. My brothers, of course, used NatGeo as their introduction to the fascinating concept of naked breasts, while I was enraptured with the uninhibited way that the people pictured chose to decorate their bodies. The wonderful tribal scars of Africa, the tattooed Yakuzas of Japan, and ... read more

8ga --> 2ga Ear Piercing

--> 2ga Ear Piercing 2 weeks ago I had my ears repierced, as my original (gun) pierces were unsuitable for stretching. My piercer, Danny, suggested an initial needle pierce at 8 ga, followed by an immediate stretch to 2 ga. So I went down to Polymorph (Newtown, Australia), and I was shown the 2 ga plugs I was soon to wear - I got a little apprehensive, they looked so huge. But I decided to go through with it, and the plugs were put in the autoclave. Danny marked my ears, commenting on their huge stretching potential :) Then he ... read more
