The Suspendables is a new group looking to better themselves by not only suspending but also by continually gaining knowledge and experience. Suspension has brought us together and so we hold a meeting every last Sunday of the month to suspend. We will be attending the upcoming Dallas Suscon to meet with some of the best in the industry so that we may exceed our own expectations in the future.

Scrubbing hooks, organizing and reorganizing our teams tool box and grinding on rigs just to pass the time till Suscon. I think I am going to make a rig for some of the team members. Who else just can't stop thinking about hooks?

Picture a 2 or 4 point suicide and a 4 point knee suspension. Two pulleys are involved, one on the back and one for the knees. Now they are pulling the person in opposing direction, and they appear to be relaxing in a hamak. I've seen this quite a few times but have never heard a name for it. If no names exist, I propose "hamak suspension".
