Only 4 more days, figured I would be more nervous at this point about everything but instead I'm just more excited. This weekend is going to be a weekend full of "firsts", think that's why I'm so excited.

things around the house are pretty much the same...as always. i managed to get my sister an interview for a full time job working at an insurance restoration company...that's on thursday. i also excepted a job there, it pays a lot more then the sporting goods store and has better hours, also it wont interfere with my job at home depot and i'll be working for my old boss and friend who left the depot a while back.

i've never had a tattoo put over scar tissue till the other day. it's been really irritated and is having trouble healing, i'm worried its going to be visible in the tattoo but anything is better then the scars that are there. today it looks a lot better and feels a lot better too so here are some pictures...

It's been a few days since my last update...things at home are somewhat the same, my sister stayed sober last night, I have a tattoo appointment at 3 today, both jobs are still good, there's no word on weather or not our friend Russell will stay with us after the surgery, in about 2 weeks I'll be going to Chicago for my first suspension (and a boy).....i met someone...I couldn't be happier <3

Found out this morning that a close friend of my sister and i has to have surgery....a while back he was diagnosed with diverticulitis. His last check up didn't go so well. Half of his colon will be removed. A week stay in the hospital minimum and a month of bed rest. He has no place to stay that'll be safe for him after the surgery since he lives with a bunch of drunks. My sister and i had a talk and decided the best thing to do is have him stay with us. This means she won't be able to get shit faced drunk herself while he's with us. That's a great thing just wish it was under different circumstances. Also since he won't be working I offered to help out with his bills, don't know if that was a good idea but he has no one in his life including family that will be there for him. They all disowned him when he came out as gay.

Can't remember the last time I slept the whole night through without waking up.....I've been on medication (Lorazapam)for almost a year now to help with that but it's not doing the job, so this week I'm going to stop taking it and try something new. Things are the same here and the only good part about that is they aren't getting any worse. Both jobs are good but the fact that i am forced to cover my tattoos at the sporting goods store makes me uncomfortable. I'm sure in time I'll just get used to it or maybe they will become more excepting of it, maybe not. Still it's a job and it's needed.
