the last few days have been long with lots of work and little sleep.  i think the lack of sleep may be contributing to this strange eyelid twitch that has been going on for about 5 days now.  words can not describe how annoying it is and i am sure i look a silly pulling on it to try and make it stop, which by the way does not work.

today is another day off work, family and everything else. last night i didn't sleep very long or very well, odd that i wake up with more energy than when i do get my 8 hours. had a few nightmares last night which was one of the reasons for my lack of sleep. now i am wondering if there are a lot of people my age who still get them on a regular basis. some of mine in the past have been so vivid and real i would punch, kick, yell, scream and/or wake up in tears. as a child i had nightmares every night, actually woke up under my bed after a really bad clown nightmare once, thought i would grow out of that by now.....guess not.

finally have a day off from work and family and doctors and all i want to do is sleep and eat.  it has been raining here for the last two days so that's not helping my energy level any either. 

a friend of mine just returned from Tanzania and brought back some stuff for me from the Maasai tribe...FYI the handmade dagger smells bad due to being fresh hide

this week has been a busy one with work and family and a few doctors. i ordered some new plugs for my ears and oh boy were they shipped fast. really happy with this purchase! not so happy with the barbells for my nipples...with the small size of my breasts and the 10ga jewelery it just doesn't look right haha.

today went as well as i expected it to. the first holiday without dad, the whole family holding back tears and the awkward conversations about my choices in life. the only good thing that happened is my mom and grandma had thanksgiving dinner together, the first one in 20 years.
