u know- the tongue- it is definitely powerful-
as i was most recently telling a friend-
but words- kind words- beautiful words- they mean so much-
they are good to speak- to share- to preceed displays of
affection that DO speak louder than words (when u have the
luxury of real time contact)
but words- few- choice - careless- can really cut- especially
when they are tossed at someone- who has clearly expressed
his or her weaknesses to you-
damn- we should always watch our words- and never-never presume
to be so brilliant- so insightful- or in so much more of a struggle- that we forget- everyone struggles- and my pain & confusion hurts me- just like your hurts you-

nothing is clear right now- and i'm thinkin' about call it quits-
really- and i'm wondering IF i can do it- is it a choice- or just a matter of ego function- i think it's just what has happened in the past-when everything is too much-
too much stress- too much confusion- too much pain-
too much anxiety- too much pressure- on myself- from others-
too much chaos-
and nowhere is there relief- not the kind i have known- and the
kind that has more recently brought me calmness & clarity- peace & the feeling of wholeness- well- i just can't have that-
and even that - one of the most positive things i have ever known-
perhaps will be a major contributing factor to- well- 'de'structing-
i just don't know- i feel it- stirring- restless-
from deep inside- and i don't know if i even want to or could
stop it- but then i think- yeah now- i can- and i will- maybe i'm just
on the other side now- and i couldn't even go there anymore-
oh well- i guess we shall find out soon enough-
