Back on track after 3 months of slacking. Didn't gain a mess of weight but my tummy has been a wreck. Lost 7 pounds this past week. Need to keep in mind that my stomach feels so much better when I stay the hell away from dairy.

Need to sleep so badly.

Was deleting stuff and I started missing people from my past. I know everyone changes and people come and go but once and a while you miss a person and you wonder if they miss you too.

Oh well.

That's life.

Time for sleeping.
