Okay, I don't know what else can fall into a High Fidelity type list.  Hello there!  I'm Courtney, and I'm not very good at these things.  Aside from the above mentioned I have an interest in all fields of science (Carl Sagan is love).  I enjoy being outside even if it's just swinging at a park.  I like to wander downtown Richmond.  I play video games and RPG table tops.  I love Sci-Fi and Fantasy.  I would love to be a part of MarsOne and am in the process of submitting an application.  As much as I dislike people, and try to avoid them socially, they fascinate me.  I would like to be more sociable than I am.  It's hard work, trying to improve myself, but I'm in the process.  I've had a lot of drama and set backs in life, I'm attempting to stop focusing on the past however.  I'm in search of like minded individuals that will hold a conversation with me.  I've been lacking that for a good amount of time now.  I make horrible first impressions due to my anxiety and awkwardly social tendencies, just give me time and you'll realize I'm not half bad...or maybe I am?

Tron: Uprising

Yes, that's right, I'm posting about an animated Disney Series.  Because it's amazing.  The art work is a little wonky at first, but fitting for the whole Grid aspect.  Little reminiscent of Chung's style in Aeon Flux, but with cell shade.  The story line is fantastic and progressive, Tron training a "Renegade" to continue his work on The Grid because CLU really fucked his world up.  Olivia Wilde is featured, continuing the whole ISOs  campaign from Legacy.  Joseph Trapanese does and excellent soundtrack as well.  Voice acting line-up is stellar.

SN:  I'm drunk.

I've been toying with the idea of doing a double nostril stretch, which would lead to a septum stretch aaaand having my labret pierced to do a stretchy stretch.

Nothing too extreme (probably).  Thinking 10mm for labret and 6mm for nostril/septum.

Lulz @ Work

Okay, I work a pretty mundane job.  Not glamorous or anything, obviously, and we tend to have very...erm---ghetto customers.  So today a woman gets out of her vehicle and bends over to get something from the floorboard.  Her fat ass some how hits the lock button, not noticing this she shuts the door.  Thus locking her 2yr old in the vehicle, while it was running and sitting in the middle of the exit.  So for the next 10 minutes her and her mother are trying to get the 2yr old to roll down the window or hit the unlock button (because that's gonna happen right?).

I'm holding back the tears and trying not to just burst out laughing at these two.  The most entertaining event that has happened at work for a good while.

Lift Me Up, Scottie

I had my first suspension experience yesterday!  Kind of mad at myself, I didn't do as well as I hoped.  Went up twice, about 5 minutes a lift, each time I started to gray out.  The pain was almost non-existent, on my scale, just a weird tight feeling.  I just wish I could have stayed up longer! But for a first go it was rewarding and amazing.  Hopefully next time it will be a bit warmer and I won't crash out.
