I just finished hanging 36 pink and red hearts above the bed with white thread. Next weekend I'll be filling about 30-40 white ballons and hanging notes on the bottom that read "I missed you" on one side and "I love you" on the other side. These will be floating down the hall and throughout the rest of the apartment for when she comes home. Bedroom door closed with a sweet note on it so she's surprised again when she opens the door to see all the hanging hearts above the bed. Also having a heart shaped vegan cake made that'll say "Welcome Home" on it.

While they were in Paris she came across the tradition of people putting padlocks with there name and lovers name on it on the chainlinks of bridges and tossing the key over the side into the river below. There are literally thousands of them on a handful of bridges throughout Paris. So she picked up a lock for us, attached it to a bridge near where they're staying and tossed the key over the side. She took pictures of ours with all the rest but hasnt had a chance to upload them yet. I think that's pretty amazing.

Looks like I'm moving yet again. Turns out the landlady who lives downstairs smokes in the house all the time and refuses to even open a window. The house smells, my clothes are starting to smell like it and even my bedding, so I'm moving out. This is so ridiculous. I didn't notice anything when I first came to check out the place and nobdoy really said anything other then that she smokes but you don't really notice it up here. More like that it was even this bad! Plus I'm thinking they gave me the worse room out of the group so I'm pretty pissed. I'm going to stay at Lauren's until she's back from her trip and in the meanwhile, when we talk again, I'll see how she feels about me staying there mostly for March. Pretty sure she'll be ok with it but we'll see. Just so I can find my own place and not have to be around this shit anymore.  Pretty unimpressed.

She called me from Paris today!! Such a great surprise. They're room has free international calling so we got to talk for quite a while. Saying goodbye again was really hard. I was at her place feeding her cats at the time and when I got home about a half an hour afterwards we ended up talking on fb chat for another couple hours. I have two postcards on the way, however long they take to arrive coming from London and Paris. We are so in love with each other it's bananas. 

Ended up with the day off today. At least this time they let me know before leaving the house. I'm up at 5:45 am so it's nice to know ahead of time, sometimes I don't find out until I'm there. Since I bought some new running shoes over the weekend I decided to why not start today! So I went for a 7km run to start my morning. They're on a train to Paris today, and the awesome thing is the one they're taking is the King's Cross one. She's a huge Harry Potter nut so she's pretty excited about that, considering there's like 15 other ones they could have ended up taking. Her mom probably arranged it that way for her. My roommates Siamese is pretty hilarious. He's always in my room and sleeping on my bed. Ever since the day I moved in. Apparently I'm a cat whisperer, as Lauren calls me because same thing with her cats at her place. Since we started seeing each other, they won't leave me alone. They both sleep on the bed snuggled up to us and they've never done that before. Meow meow, prrr prrr.
